Engineering and geological conditions of the city of Muynak

The article examines the main engineering and geological conditions of the city of Muynak in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The entire territory is covered with Cretaceous and Quaternary sediments of uneven genesis. Throughout the entire Quaternary period, the area occupied an intermediate position between marine and continental conditions. Cretaceous and Quaternary deposits take part in the geological structure of the study area.
