Mortgage crediting in Russia: the present state and perspectives

The article analyses the dynamics of housing crediting in Russia over the period of 2004-2008. It proposes methods of prognostication of the mortgage market development for a medium-term perspective and provides prospects for the state of mortgage crediting in the Russian Federation to the year 2012.
