Mortgage today - current problem

The author analyzed the situation in the sphere of Russias mortgage in times of crisis. Were grounded problems impeding the development of mortgages in Russia, and gives recommendations for overcoming them. In particular, for an early exit from the mortgage crisis, proposed the following: support market regulators - the Bank of Russia and the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia - start mechanism of refinancing a mortgage, an effective financial tool - the mortgage securities; clarifying the Supreme Court of Russia the procedure of determining the jurisdiction of cases involving foreclosures for mortgages; establishment of fund for the evacuation maneuverable borrowers who do not meet obligations to the banks for repayment of debts, and other measures.
