Suggested statement in civil proceedings and its features

The article reveals the meaning of some features of the procedural form of the statement of claim as a prerequisite for the exercise of the right to sue in civil proceedings. The statement of claim, first of all, is a document expressed by the external form of the claim. In the Civil Procedure Code, the form and content of the statement of claim are reflected in Chapter 12, namely, Articles 131 and 132 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. The statement of claim determines not only the procedural form of the statement of claim in the lawsuit, but also the procedural form of the statement, as a condition for the application of special civil proceedings, this is a feature of the procedural form of the statement of claim in civil proceedings.
