Artificial intelligence as a tool to improve the efficiency and sustainability of business

Аbstract. The article deals with the problem of the growing volume of data used to make key decisions on business management, minimizing legal risks, risks of illegal activities against the background of changing technological structures. The relevance is due to the increase in the regulatory framework necessary for the conduct of economic processes, the evolution of types of fraud in various sectors of the economy. The authors substantiated the possibility of using artificial intelligence to automate business processes in order to save labor resources, increase the volume and accuracy of data processing, build more complex systems for assessing the risks of an organization and systems for counteracting illegal activities. The hypothesis that artificial intelligence is the main tool by which business entities can minimize costs and increase the efficiency of their activities, which in turn will contribute to the sustainable development of business, has been adopted. The article concludes that the use of artificial intelligence in the organization of business processes can significantly reduce organization costs, automate routine processes, build complex mathematical models for analyzing data, identify risk areas and self-study.
