Artificial intelligence in public administration

This scientific article evaluates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in public administration, revealing its relevance in the context of modern challenges and requirements for the effectiveness of administrative processes. The authors consider various aspects of the use of AI in the public sphere, analyze the benefits and potential risks, explore existing trends and development prospects. As a result of the conducted research, key recommendations for the integration of AI into public administration were identified, based on ethical and legal norms, as well as taking into account data protection and ensuring transparency of processes.
