Artificial intelligence in the management of a "smart" city, where is the line between a blessing and a problem?

The article discusses both the advantages of living in a «smart» home, city, and the problems caused by the unreliability of the database of consumers living in «smart» cities. A dilemma arises as to what is higher and more necessary for the whole society for uninterrupted and efficient work for the benefit of all members of this society: the rights of citizens, personal freedom, confidentiality of personal life, or the ability to satisfy all the needs of each individual, even before they arise.
