Art and law harmony

In art, the most perfect form, implying an ordered diversity corresponding to the aesthetic criteria of Beauty and Perfection, is described as Harmony. Harmony, in turn, is a universal concept applicable not only in the field of art. In the field of law, the concept of «Harmony» is the basis of Justice - one of the basic principles of law. Achieving harmony in the sphere of law can be characterized as a search for a balance between state control and individual freedom. Harmony, which plays the role of the Absolute, in particular in art and law, acts as a guideline for creative human activity. Based on this guideline, a person learns to distinguish between negative and positive processes in the surrounding world. Thus, the achieved legal harmony becomes the basis for achieving harmony in society. This research is aimed at considering art as a complex of factors influencing the achievement of harmony in the legal system of the state, as well as the analysis of the methods by which art affects a person and society in the system of legal harmony.
