Бесплатный доступ

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of Islamic norms regulating marriage, its types, and legal implications. Particular attention is given to legal aspects enshrined in Sharia, including the conditions for contracting marriage, the rights and obligations of spouses, and the status of children. The study is based on the primary sources of Islamic law - the Quran, the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and the works of renowned Islamic scholars. In the context of globalization and migration, modern challenges such as the registration of marriages in secular states, the impact of technology on marriage processes, and the legal aspects of intercultural unions are discussed. The author highlights the importance of Islamic marriage as an institution that strengthens the spiritual and social foundations of Muslim communities and explores the possibilities of adapting Sharia norms within modern legal systems. This work is intended for researchers of Islamic law, family law specialists, and anyone interested in the legal and cultural aspects of marriage in the Islamic world.
