Islamic education in Daghestan: culturological analysis

Islamic education is an integral part of polyphonic structure of the culture of modern Daghestan. The role of Islamic education has been increased by total globalization both western and Arabic and Muslim, impact of which Daghestan has upon its culture nowadays. The article gives the analysis of current condition of Islamic education, determines its main problems and suggests the format of the program Islam in Daghestan, educational component of which provides Islamic and theological training.
