Executing the sentence regarding the property confiscation and fine imposition as two ways of justice ensuring incriminal proceedings

The results of using the property confiscation institution do not justify its purpose to increase the level of crime fighting. The question of implementing the recommendations of international law on the transfer of the burden of proving the legal origin of income is considered. The appropriate conclusions have been formulated. The judgments have been made that it is possible to reduce the financial base of crime using fines.
