Perpetrator: role specific

The paper is devoted to the current definition of "perpetrator". It states that it is impossible to distinguish a perpetrator and other accomplices. It examines the definitions proposed by different authors. The article also determines the perpetrator role specific which is offered to accept as a basis while creating a new version of p. 2 art. 33 of the Criminal Code.
