Use of business intelligence and business analytics at organizations

The article examines the impact of business intelligence (BI) and business analytics (BA) on the work of enterprises and organizations. Business intelligence consists of data, business environment, (BI) infrastructure, (BA) toolkit, management users and methods, business intelligence delivery platforms and user interface. The productivity of enterprises and organizations is measured by information obtained from a database management system.
