The use of financing sources for construction of transport infrastructure facilities

The article considers approaches to the concept of infrastructure, justifies the need to develop and update transport infrastructure as a strategic factor in ensuring economic growth and transformation of the economic system. The authors analyzed the amount of funds allocated from targeted sources to finance projects for the modernization of railway transport infrastructure. The article concluded on the need and the main criteria for building a system of end-to-end control of the financing of the construction complex, which allows to ensure a responsible attitude to state financing and minimize the risks of inefficient use of resources.
