Use of securities on the basis of gold as a source of additional national investment resources for development of Russia

The possibility of using different types of securities on a gold basis for new sources of investment are considered. The use of gold as an asset of the monetary system will expand the supply of cash (short money). Credit and mortgage instruments issued on the basis of gold will increase the monetary mass (medium money), the implementation of the stock market for new securities and derivatives that were released on the same basis will provide long-term investments (long money). Simultaneously with this proposal the possibility of a significant increase in precious metal with the use of innovative technology, and implementation phases of the proposals are shown.
