Digital technologies usage in development of industrial production in the conditions of international sanctions and import substitution

The article considers issues of formation of the hi-tech competitive industry pro- viding state transition from export and a raw type of development to an innova- tive type of development. Development options of the industrial productions are characterized. It also describes in details the essence of this concept of the digital approach, which is realized in all variety of activities of the industrial institu- tion. Import substitution problems in Russia are identified in the conditions of the international sanctions.
