Currently, the bulk of information for solving a variety of complex tasks in the development of urban and rural territories has an obvious spatial and territorial focus. The main mechanisms for the development of territories need accurate and relevant spatial data. The use of geo-information technologies, remote sensing data and the latest software tools most effectively affects the quality of informed management decisions and, importantly, the development of analytical cartographic materials used to prepare the concept of urban zoning. In particular, land management has long been an area for which aerial photography, and now satellite imagery, provide the broadest opportunities. Therefore, this article will address the use of materials of aerial and space surveys in land management and cadastre.
