The use of financial analysis as a tool to justify the establishment of an integrated corporate formations with processing enterprises

Based on the analysis of methodical approaches to the definition of «financial analysis» given its author's understanding. Given the main financial indicators and their implications for different groups of stakeholders. Conducted the structuring of the main stages of financial analysis in order to improve resource efficiency of the corporation. Identified the main factors and conditions for the functioning of corporations. It was found that the financial analysis should be used as an analysis tool for the design of corporations with processing enterprises.
