The use of GIS technologies for ecological analysis of the relief of landscape objects on the territory of the Orel region

The formation of the estate structure and its landscape gardening complex in the past was determined by the local landscape, tastes, customer funds and style preferences prevailing at that time, but the main component was the terrain relief. To obtain dynamic information on the environmental conditions, it is necessary to compare repeated aerospace images of the same territory at certain intervals. It is done both visually and instrumentally. Automatic comparison is carried out with the differential method with their further subsequent interpretation or with the method of machine classifications with subsequent comparison of the results. On the basis of their own scientific research and literature sources options for the development of environmental maps on the basis of different approaches, such as ecological, biological and mathematical modeling and prospects for the use of GIS technologies in the study of the environmental situation in the gardens and parks of the former estates of the Orel region are theoretically justified and experimentally shown. The creation of thematic maps will allow to evaluate the level of environmental danger, creating an information base for making management decisions, with the help of which one can get the relief of the studied area. Exploring the topography of garden complexes is held with the help of ArcGIS, which is a scalable set of software products for creating, managing, integrating, analyzing, and representing geographic data. This program allows us to study the relief with its section, the studied area, for further work on the reconstruction and restoration of historically significant object.
