Use of information technologies in the arbitration process

The article considers the issue of the application of information technology in the arbitral justice. The beginning of XXI century was marked as the "information age", "electronic age" or "multimedia revolution". Almost immediately after the emergence of new technologies, including the Internet, they began to be implemented in the sphere of business, and in consequence, and in public administration.
