In article the question of possibility of using the informational technologies, in particular, relational databases, in forest pathology monitoring of forest ecosystems is considered. The developed database will allow to estimate the forest pathology state of the territory, to solve problems of forecasting the dynamics of diseases centers of the forest, to plan forest protection actions.
