Using innovative tools in development of financial markets

The article explores the problem of stimulating the development of innovations on the Russian financial market. To form a high competitive ability, companies should raise the investments in innovations. However, innovations can’t always effect in a positive way: on one hand, this introduction may lead to lowing costs and increasing margins, on the other - the competition increases, which leads to a continuous search of a new way to improve business efficiency and increase process expenses. To solve the problem the company should remember about the importance of financial engineering. Success depends on results from developing innovations.
