The use of innovative technologies of physical culture and sports in preschool educational institutions

The article discusses innovative programs of physical development of preschool children. Modern preschoolers spend a lot of time in front of TV monitors, gadgets, tablets. A decrease in physical activity leads to a weakening of children's health. Also, the remoteness of children from society does not contribute to the development of communication skills with peers. In order to solve these two problems, various types of collective games are proposed, discussed in this article. On the one hand, the proposed games increase the physical fitness of children, on the other hand, contribute to the acquisition of teamwork skills.
