The organization of an effective marketing strategy of a telecom operator is one of the main tasks in today's competitive economy. The article discusses organizational aspects of marketing activities, as well as channels for promoting the services of the country's largest operator PJSC Rostelecom for three years. It is noted that the introduction of sanctions has reduced the number of possible channels for the operator's promotion and led to the need to carry out more effective work to promote the company's products through existing tools, in particular the VK social network, the WINK application and Telegram. At the same time, it is noted that for further sales growth, it is necessary to accelerate the development of existing tools through increasing their localization level, as well as introduce innovative measures.
