Use of internet marketing for the development of CCM and promising natural healing resources in the region

The article is devoted to the study of the issues of promotion of spa services in the tourist market of Russia with the help of modern marketing tools, as well as the development of a set of measures for the introduction of Internet marketing in the company’s activities, considered on the example of the Volga Federal District. The article also analyzes the evaluation systems of thematic groups of organizations of sanatorium-resort profile in social media, in the virtual space, in social blogs and other communities. Marketing strategies implemented by commercial structures in order to increase demand for the goods and services offered are inextricably linked with the development of technology and information technology. As the number of potential consumers who use a communication network and are located in the corresponding information space (radio, television, Internet, etc.) increases, there is a need to reach this audience by various means of advertising. As a result of such trends, the development of new high-tech methods of fighting for the consumer in order to maintain competitiveness and increase market share has become increasingly relevant for the management of organizations. That is why today the commercial activity of the absolute majority of companies is inextricably linked with the representation of products and services in the virtual space. High speed, flexible prices and a huge audience contributes to the formation of new technologies for promoting and stimulating sales. Medical and health services are in stable demand, the sanatorium and resort complex is represented in many regions of the country. Marketing technologies can significantly increase the popularity of health resorts, attract additional demand and increase the tourist flow from other regions.
