This article is dedicated to the process and problems of application of expert assessments in process of management decision-making. The author investigates scientific and methodological material on the problems of expertise science, decision-making theory, reveals the lack of the theoretical and methodological foundation for organization of the management expertise, defines the management expertise, and states its principle structure elements.
