Implementing cluster approach to enhance regional economy competitiveness and development

The article discusses issues of regional economy development and enhancing its competitiveness based on the cluster approach. The authors have revealed a need for the cluster theory and modern conceptions of innovative development complex application for the region development. They have made a conclusion about the cluster approach efficiency based on an analysis of cluster studies in foreign and Russian practice.
