The article is devoted to the experimental development of new materials for prosthesis of parietal peritoneum and aponeurosis. Possibility of using various combined synthetic and biological prosthetic devices was investigated for hernioplasty of postoperative ventral ruptures by intra-abdominal way in the experiment. Formation degree of intra-abdominal adhesion and character of morphofunctional changes in abdominal wall tissues were investigated using the combined prosthetic devices studied.
