In this paper we attempted to use remote sensing data to assess the impact of large bodies of water on the environment. As parameters, the values of the normalized vegetation index (NDVI), moisture stress index (MSI) of the distance from the reservoir, relief height, surface temperature, exposure relative to the reservoir. The rating is based on the correlation analysis of the studied parameters.
