Mechanisms for state and private partnership application in the course of clusters formation in agri-industrial complex of the region

The role and functions of network organisations in the provision of sustainable development and clusters competitive ability increase are considered; the necessity for mechanisms of state and private partnership application for the activation of interrelations between the state power and business in the processes of formation and development of cluster structures is substantiated; political and economic projects of state and private partnership promoting the formation of the potato and vegetables cluster in the Samara Region as well as the model for their implementation are offered.
