Use of methods of identifying barriers to trade and economic cooperation within customs administration

The article considers the classification of trade barriers and restrictions applicable in foreign economic transactions. The International Classification of Non-Tariff Measures of UNCTAD is given. An overview of the methods of identifying and eliminating obstacles limiting the domestic trade of the EEU member states was made. The terms «barriers», «exemptions», «restrictions» were compared, the number of obstacles in the EEU countries was analyzed. In conclusion, the directions for the development of trade and economic cooperation of the EEU member states were determined.
