The object of the study were 261 patients with ovarian cancer with II-III clinical stages of the disease, treated with standard combination therapy. Immunopharmacotherapy with gravitational blood surgery was carried out in the period of chemotherapy, as well as in the postoperative period. In group 1, 78 (29.9%) patients underwent extracorporeal immunotherapy, in the 2nd group of 73 (28.0%) patients used extracorporeal immunotherapy with plasmapheresis, the 3rd group of 110 (42.1%) patients were without accompanying extracorporeal immunotherapy. As a result of studies it has shown that the most effective in complex treatment of patients with ovarian cancer immunotherapy has a scheme in conjunction with gravitational blood surgery, including intermittent plasmapheresis, which improves the blood, reduces leukocyte and lymphocyte depletion, normalizes cellular and humoral immunity, reduce the main clinical manifestations of toxicity of chemotherapy, improves subjective condition of the patients and their quality of life. In addition, the use of immunotherapy techniques and gravitational blood surgery, allowed to increase the performance PFS and survival of patients.
