Computer-assisted biological control methods are based on a principle of biofeedback (BFB). They allow to diag-nose behavioural patterns which lead to the development of psychosomatic disorders. BFB is aimed at teaching new constructive ways of behaviour and skills to manage your emotions as well as at increasing the level of stress resistance. The use of the BFB methods shows high effectiveness in a combined therapy of stress-related diseases.
