The article discusses the processes of strategic control of the activities of economic systems. The main functions of strategic control systems are described - the construction of a model of macroeconomic equilibrium of all industries, output volumes and stock distribution. The intersectoral balance makes it possible to determine the interrelation of sectors of all economic systems. It is a valid characteristic of the relationship between goods and services of a certain industry, the costs of their production. Such turnover is an important structural component of any economic process. The article examines the characteristics of the construction of the inter-industry balance table, which allows you to correctly distribute the amount of costs, the necessary costs, the categories of products and their distribution by sectors of the economy. The article considers the analysis of the balance between these variables is to determine the production minimum and maximum required to meet the needs of the entire economic environment. The specifics of building an intersectoral balance of financial risks and the possibility of their regulation are described.
