Systematic application of antibiotics is linked with numerous complications with uncertain therapeutic result.Obtainment of evidential information about efficiency of antibiotic in combination with micro-porous carbon implant was the goal of the research. A new solution about local application of antibiotics in combination with micro-porous carbon implants has been proposed by the authors’ collective.Object of the research were male rats of Wistar line. The implantation of the antibiotic container to the intermuscular space of the ventral muscles was the preliminary stage ot he trial.
