The specifics of led technology and its constructive features and characteristics, and the realities of modern production are studied. One of the main problems of thermomanagement led industry, namely reduced working life of led is-source of light due to their overheating associated with the who or the device heat sink design and construction of the housing justified. The necessity of developing new technologies for thermal testing of structures design of heat sink and housing the led equipment with use of modern laboratory and test equipment have been proved. The expediency of application of microprocessor control of thermal parameters of led light characteristic of the equipment and discovered the principle of its operation have been substantiated.
