Use of multilevel factor model for forecasting the situation of regional real estate market (by the example of Perm region)

The article considers the problem of real estate market forecasting. It also proves the use of fundamental analysis to solve this problem. For regional real estate market the author offers to use a three-level fundamental analysis like for stock market. For this three-level factor model based on forecasting theory and specially detected factors is developed. In the paper this model is applied to forecasting the situation of perm real estate market.
