Use of organic semiconductors in nanopower engineering

This article considers the application of organic semiconductors in hybrid and hybrid-organic systems. Organic semiconductors have unique properties such as flexibility, low power consumption and processability, which makes them promising materials for various fields. The basics of organic semiconductors, their applications in solar cells for renewable energy, low power electronics for energy efficient devices, and their role in hybrid and hybrid-organic systems are discussed. Examples of such systems include organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells, hybrid organic-metal nanostructures and hybrid electronic devices. The article highlights the prospects and challenges of using organic semiconductors in hybrid systems and calls for further research and innovation in this field.
