Use of polymers on plasts of Pokursloye wool of Western Siberia

The Object of consideration of this article will be pokursky Suite of Western Siberia. Their key feature is a high heterogeneity of both micro-and macroparameters, weakly cemented Sandstone with high-viscosity oil. The main problem of such formations is the breakthrough of water from injection wells. As a solution to this problem, polymer composition injection into injection wells was selected from a number of technologies to align the pickup profile and, as a consequence, to increase the flooding coverage ratio. In order to determine the effectiveness of the simulation calculations were carried out on the hydrodynamic model, which showed that the polymer flooding can increase the coverage ratio, improve the characteristics of displacement and instantly reduce the water content in the reacting wells.
