Concepts of the business valuation in modern legislation: problems and solutions

This article is referred to the problem of using the concepts of the business valuation in Russian legislation. After the analysis of the regulatory framework of the business valuation in Russia, there were identified a number of problems in the interpretation of certain key concepts, such as: business, enterprise, value, and also the problem of subjectivity of evaluation. The aim of the article is to classify the main problems and determine possible directions of improving legislation in business valuation activities.
