Application of the system analysis techniques when assessing the effectiveness of business processes modeling of a commercial company

The article analyses the use of the system approach in modeling of a business as a whole or its parts. Currently, such models are represented by business processes in the form of block diagrams, reflecting the nature and the mechanism of their operation. The authors believe that these models cannot be considered system-based, since in the framework of the system approach they are inconsistent with the classical concept of the system - the 'black box' model, as all of them have no feedback between system "input" and "output" providing cyclicity of business processes and their self-regulation.
