Using natural potential for the development of tourism

The article discusses the possible prospects for using the natural potential of the Republic of Karelia for the development of the tourism industry on the example of the mountain park "Ruskeala" and the park "Girvas", located on the territory of the Republic of Karelia. Both sites have rich natural potential, but a different number of tourist visits. There are a number of objective reasons for this, the analysis of which was carried out by the authors of this article.
