This article discusses the possibility of using "LACK-M" diagnostic system for predicting the results of the physical effects on the body. The proposed methods make it possible to study the structural features of the microcirculatory system (MTS). The result of the study is to identify one of the criteria of adaptive changes in the microcirculatory system of the athlete, which is reflected in the shift of oscillation neurogenic band (0.02-0.06 Hz) in the myogenic (0.06 - 0.2 Hz) under the influence of sports load.
