Use of drugs in therapy trophic complications of prolapse of internal genital organs

Comparative analysis of results of treatment of prolapse of the internal reproductive organs 132 patients. The patients were operated by vaginal access. The patient was subjected to questioning on a specialized questionnaire, a standard medical examination before surgery. As preoperative preparation 44 patients received standard rehabilitation of the vagina with antiseptic solutions, 1 per day, a 46 - treatment of the walls of the vagina and cervix with ointment for external use levomekol 1 time per day, a 42 - irrigation of the vaginal walls and cervix spray olazol. Application levomekol allowed to improve the results of treatment of 5,0%, olazol 8,9%. Use levomekol reduced the treatment time of 1,9 days, olasol 4 days.
