The application of ecological-floristic classification for development of strategy sustainable resource use of medicinal plant species (on example of Bashkortostan Republic)

The possibilities of application of ecological-floristic classification of vegetation, in the field such as the development of methods of express-evaluation of the productivity of medicinal plant species in plant communities, choice of places of resource harvesting of medicinal plants, as well as the evaluation of the necessity of regulation of harvesting volumes of species, are discussed. The evaluation criteria of the resource status of medicinal plants species are proposed. These criteria allow to unify the approaches to the organization of sustainable use of medicinal plants in the Southern Urals.
