Using electronic document management system in public administration

The article addresses the legal, organizational and technological conditions for the use of electronic document management system in the activities of government in order to develop effective management decisions. We consider the current methods for analyzing, processing and handling of information in the framework of the functions of state regulation of social and economic relations. Determine the form and electronic document management conditions within the innovative development of public administration in Russia. The authors conclude that the electronic document management system is one of the most important factors in the operational performance of tasks in front of public administration bodies.
