Strategic management improving with using of balanced scorecard

Using of balanced scorecard in strategic management of medical devices producers is described in the article. The advantages of implementing a balanced scorecard to optimize the company’s business processes are described. To analyze and monitor the state of business units, Internal and external factors of influence on the activities of the company are determined for business units state analyzing and monitoring. The role of related indicators of business processes evaluation is mentioned for all stakeholders who take part in the value creation for consumer. The article describes the possibility of using core set of Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics and disclosures of the International Business Council (World Economic Forum) to agree between stakeholders reports on their performance in relation to governance, environmental and social responsibility and track their contribution to achieving sustainable development goals on a consistent basis. The application of GAP-analysis in solving the identified gaps is described. Reasons of the strategic gaps are analyzed and corrective measures for solving the identified problems are highlighted.
