Application of system of balanced indices in the framework of implementation of programme for development of municipal district education system

The process of implementation of the programme for the development of municipal district education system on the basis of the conception of balanced indices which allow stating target limits and objectively estimating the degree of its attainability is considered in the article. Strategic goals in the form of strategic map and the system of target indices are presented. They allow quantitatively describing of the process of implementation of the programme for the development of municipal district education system.
