The article considers modern statistical techniques used to analyze the reliability and quality of power supply. Special attention is paid to the necessity of constant research and improvement of methods of forecasting, design, construction, installation and operation of electric power facilities. Various approaches to the assessment of reliability indicators are proposed, including analytical and combined methods, as well as the use of control charts for monitoring the quality of systems operation. The comparative analysis of reliability assessment methods is carried out, the key factors influencing the quality of the organization of the occupational safety system at the electric power industry enterprises are revealed. On the basis of the analysis the recommendations for improving the efficiency of the occupational safety management system and minimizing the risks of safety violations are offered.
