Use of special environmental knowledge in civil proceedings

The article analyzes civil procedural legislation in order to clarify the position of environmental specialists in legal proceedings. The comparison of the Civil procedure code of the Russian Federation with the Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation and with the Arbitration procedure code of the Russian Federation is made. The main problems associated with the involvement of specialists in civil proceedings are identified.
